Personally, I like black, but I'm not going to live in my home for a long time. For resale, do you think the stainless steel will attract more customers? A lot of people consider Stainless steel to look more "expensive," so I'm not sure which one I should go for...

I hate stainless steel because it's so hard to keep clean!

Stainless steel are what buyers specifically look for right now- I, personally, prefer black. If it is the resale value as top priority-- go stainless steel. Good luck And remember- bathrooms and kitchens account for 27% of the market value of your home!

I made the mistake of changing to stainless steel. What a nuisance with all the fingerprints. Never again. With that experience I would not consider stainless steel appliances to be a "plus".

Stainless definitely has the "wow" factor for buyers these days. I think it would be a wise investment for resale..

Both of your choices are the wrong choices and the other answer that say SS is the IN thing are wrong. SS looks like crap and does not match anything. nothing but stains , scratches and finger prints, i would never want SS appliances.
