I want to become an engineer and if I get into University of Berkeley(the top 3rd engineering school in USA) and graduate then apply for a job would I be getting more money than another person that did NOT attend a top engineering school. I mean does your job salary depend from the college you graduated?

There's certainly no guarantee - it's quite possible that someone who went to a less prestigious school could end up making more money than you, and have paid a truckload less for their education as well. However, it is definitely true that ON AVERAGE, those who go to higher ranked schools will make more money in the future. In addition, you may learn more that will help to make you a more valuable engineer and able to get promotions quicker.
